Refund Policy
Payments to Service Provider are nonrefundable. No refunds shall be given for canceled accounts,
set-up fees, or virtual assistant service fees, unless Service Provider, in its sole discretion,
determines to issue Subscriber a full or partial refund, and in such a case, no such refund,
whether full or partial, shall be deemed a waiver of Service Provider’s
right to invoice Subscriber for any other fees owed to Service Provider.
