Our Story: How We Started
360VMA® is the virtual solution to many of your practice's administrative needs. Our physician-founded company services to improve doctors' lives through the efficient, cost-effective handling of office tasks.
Considering difficulties with finding a consistent local workforce and the ever-increasing amounts of paperwork and admin tasks related to running a medical practice, 360VMA® was built by doctors with doctors in mind. In assessing the skyrocketing costs of running private practices here in The States, we developed a system of training, curating, and providing a highly skilled and vetted workforce from overseas that can help doctors run their practices more efficiently.
Our always-expanding global team provides healthcare providers with exactly what they need: cost-effective, clinically competent, reliable virtual medical assistants (VMAs).
360VMA® (360 Virtual Medical Assistants) opened its virtual doors to doctors everywhere in 2020 with our first batch of candidates from the Philippines.
Since then we’ve expanded to train, certify and deploy VMAs from all over the globe.
Our driving principle here at 360VMA® is to change the lives of doctors and patients across the USA.
Understanding the impact of administrative burnout on the effectiveness and efficiency of patient care, the company’s founders saw this as an opportunity to use 360VMA to improve healthcare for all. In the last few years, as many as 53% of physicians report having burnout (Medscape, 2023) — we aim to change that one VMA at a time.

360VMA® employs agents from around the world who are able to improve the lives of their families through our innovative company model.
In many parts of the world, like the Philippines, Pakistan, Central and South America, many healthcare workers are unable to find work within their home countries that can adequately support their family. By becoming a certified 360VMA, they can now make an income often 2 or 3 times the average salary of a clinician in their country. As you can imagine, this greatly improves the socioeconomic situation for all of the VMAs we hire.
One of our many objectives here at the 360VMA® is not just improve doctor’s lives in the US but to improve the lives of all our VMAs as well, an impact we hope to continue to make.
