We not only inform our VMAs about the importance of mental health but we also educate our administrative team about the vision we have to foster the professional development of all VMAs. Our staff and clients always set achievable and realistic goals for our VMAs. We value high performance and are always rooting for the success of our VMAs. More than 75% of our VMAs believe that the tasks given to them are manageable and in line with the job requirements that were asked for since the beginning of their journey with us.
The staff of 360 VMA practice a good rapport with their teammates to keep a positive and productive work environment. We value our employees. While many VMAs are placed in clinics separate from their batchmates, effectively working “solo”, we ensure our presence is still felt so no VMA feels forgotten. Over 50% of our VMAs report having a good and active rapport with their teammates.

Our Process

Application
Applications are sent through our website and other documents that are needed must be sent to our email: 360VMA@gmail.com.

Assessment
Those who are qualified based on our minimum requirements will be invited to undergo a comprehensive assessment by the members of our team.

Interview
Those who qualify will be notified via email. Steps will be taken to coordinate a virtual interview with our team.

Training
This program trains successful applicants to become certified 360 VMAs and places them with clients after passing an interview.
5
Transition
Upon completing onboarding and necessary paperwork, successful candidates will work remotely for our client following both company and client guidelines.
