Refund Policy
Effectivity date: August 14, 2020
Last updated: June 15, 2024
Payments made to the Service Provider are strictly nonrefundable. This nonrefundable policy encompasses all types of payments, including those associated with canceled accounts, set-up fees, and virtual assistant service fees. Subscribers should be aware that no refunds will be provided under these circumstances. However, the Service Provider retains the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to decide whether to issue a refund to a Subscriber. This refund can be either full or partial and is determined on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that the Service Provider decides to issue a refund, it is important to note that this decision does not establish any precedent or imply a waiver of the Service Provider’s rights. Specifically, issuing a refund does not affect the Service Provider’s right to invoice the Subscriber for any other fees that are owed or may become due. The act of providing a refund, whether it is a complete refund or a partial one, does not negate the Subscriber’s obligation to fulfill any other financial responsibilities to the Service Provider.
The Service Provider’s decision to issue a refund is a discretionary act and does not alter the binding nature of the Subscriber’s financial commitments. Subscribers are therefore advised to consider this nonrefundable policy carefully when making payments, as the issuance of refunds remains entirely at the discretion of the Service Provider and is not guaranteed. Furthermore, even in instances where a refund is provided, this does not preclude the Service Provider from pursuing any outstanding payments or future invoices in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
